Cobie came to our kennel in 2001. She was 4 months and a bit old and weighted about 35 kilos. After a few weeks of intensive walks she got artritis and periosteitis. We had no idea at that time that large breed puppies cannot be tasked so much and that their joints are extremely fragile.


She was home with that for a month, she missed a successful socialisation and is nice to other dogs at dog shows only, and that outside the ring:) There are exceptions to the rule, but rare...

When Cobie was about 1 year old, we started going to dog shows, even though originally she had been meant as a companion and family guard only. Since, we have reached the titles of Czech, Slovakian, Austrian, Polish and Croatian champion of beauty.

In 2004, Cobie gave birth to her first puppies. We had mated her in Portugal in do Sertao kennel. The father was Zumbi ZS do Baicuara, a black male imported from Brasil.

In 2005, Cobie gave birth to her second litter. At the same time we decided it was her last litter. The father was Bras Can Xingu, a rich-golden male imported from Brasil and living in the Czech republic.

Cobie is now a pleasant and staunch family companion and we hope she will keep us happy with her charm for a long time.
